This film was written by Howard Collinge with collaboration from Ilegal Mezcal's creative team. Director, David Gaddie, along with DP William Rexer, shot in the East Village and Brooklyn to capture the ultimate city-by-night feel that could be anywhere and everywhere at once and features people confessing to various acts. The film calls on audiences to contribute their own Ilegal confessions.
