English Description
IndiGo is one of India’s leading low-cost airlines. It provides a reliable, hassle-free, “no-frills chic” experience at an affordable cost to millions of Indian flyers. In 2011 the Indian market was suffering, as many airlines had high operational burdens. IndiGo, on the other hand, was in the black and charting international routes. We wanted to announce IndiGo’s expansion, and reinforce its stance as the stylish, international airline for India’s globalizing middle class.

A photogenic combination of theatre and tarmac, the film draws parallels between IndiGo’s energetic personality, its beautifully synchronized operations, and the minutely-choreographed perfection of a musical. Shot with an all-star crew in Los Angeles under the direction of Steven Antin, director of the Christina Aguilera musical feature ‘Burlesque’ and choreographed by Denise Faye of ‘Chicago.'
