The film is a slightly absurd depiction of the consequences of the lack of employees in many workplaces around Sweden.
We'll see a train that panic braking because the track is out in the absence of railway engineers. We see a truck driver take a coffee break alone as he lacks colleagues. A robot hall that has run amok because no one is on the controls. A designer who started to instruct himself and a wind technician who disappears without a trace .
