Members of the public stand by a taxi stand. As they wait for one to come, they hear loud engine coming towards them.
A rally car with a taxi sign brakes sharply in front of them. A passenger stumbles out and the first man in the queue walks round and sits in the passenger seat. The car then speeds away and performs a handbrake turn before disappearing off screen.
