Quitting smoking is hard. It's even harder when your friends and family aren't smokers, don't understand what you're going through, or know how to support you through it.
With Quit Mates, we're challenging smokers to pair up with a loved one who has a habit of their own to give up, to help make quitting smoking more achievable for smokers and relatable to non-smokers.
