Brief Explanation
This is the fourth film in a hit Pepsi commercial series based on the Peach boy fable. The modernised update serves as a perfect metaphor for the battle brand Pepsi faces against its biggest (red) rival.
Shot on location in Rome and LA, this episode focuses on the story of Momotaro's battle companion, The Pheasant and his evil twin brother, The Crow. The battle of "Giant Killing" continues....
Creative Execution:
Continuing in the avante-grande, music video style, this fourth instalment required us to concept design and model and animate the two main mythical creatures as well as design and model the Brid kingdom stronghold and its bid inhabitants.
The 150m Lava Oni, and the Crow Dragon were fully realised by the design team at Alt and the FX team was busy with creating large volume cg pyro effects.
