Y&R NZ has teamed up with New Zealand charity RainbowYOUTH and Eight to release an entertaining spot that arms people with the tools to call out casual homophobia. The TVC features a blokey farmer dropping a pie and responding to its demise with an exclamation of 'Ugh, gay'. His mate is quick to point out that it's not gay at all. It ends with the line 'If It's Not Gay, It's Not Gay.' Since its release, the commercial has already chalked up over 800K views and 1.7 million impressions on Facebook alone.
