Synopsis:
The all-new Ram 1500 launched in January to rave reviews. Designed with no compromises on strength, capability, technology and comfort, it’s the most advanced and luxurious truck on the road today. Equipped with the industry’s largest infotainment center – the 12”Uconnect screen that integrates Apple CarPlay - the truck was designed to change the way people think about trucks.
Country music has been an important marketing direction for Ram Trucks, and as part of their summer campaign the brand teamed with Apple Inc. and country music duo, the Brothers Osborne, to launch new TV spots which highlight the unique features of its new vehicle and a special offer for a free six-month subscription to Apple Music for new users. RAM tapped Nashville based Entertainment Strategy Shop, G7, and creative content studio, Motive Made Studios, to execute this unique music-centric initiative.
The campaign, that will run through year’s end, is the first TV execution Motive Made Studios has worked on with the brand since they first partnered a year ago. The Brothers Osborne appear in the spot depicting how they, using their Ram, helped a small town community resurrect their beloved theater in Port Saint Joe Florida, the same town after which they named their new album. In “Support the Port,” the track “While You Still Can” lays the soundtrack to a story about how both Ram and the brothers give back to the community that gave them so much, authentically delivering on Ram Truck’s “Built To Serve” mission.
