The Film Is Set In One Of The Himalayan Districts, Where Television Repair Entails Travelling Upto 50 Miles Or More, Through Unforgiving Roads, That Wind Through Mountains And Forests For Any Basic Service. Thats Why The Samsung Service Vans Play A Significant Role In Such Regions, As They Bring The Service To The Customers Doorstep.
Synopsis:
There’s not one but two Indias. The cities, and the vast country beyond them. Historically, the upcountry has received weak product service support from consumer durable brands. Non-urban customers are, therefore, forced to take their malfunctioning durables to the service centers in nearby cities. Samsung decided to alleviate this inconvenience by launching fully equipped mobile service vans. These vans reach even the remotest parts of India and provide doorstep service to the customer. The campaign was meant to inform Samsung customers of this initiative and encourage them to call the new service helpline number to avail this convenience.
