Concept
Spark is New Zealand’s largest and most established telco. In 2017, we launched a new creative platform – Little can be huge. Whether it’s a little extra value that adds up for their customers, a little call that turns someone’s day around, or the huge opportunities that a little connection can unleash, ‘Little can be huge’ is a versatile platform for a company that shows up in every facet of New Zealand life.

Execution
One of the launch films for Little can be huge was ‘Celebrate Every Family’ - an emotional story about a single mum and her 10-year-old boy, in the weeks leading up to Father’s Day, A story that shows how a little thought and a little research can make someone’s day.

Results
Since launching in August 2017, Spark has seen record results. The campaign achieved cut-through 42% above industry norm. A campaign engagement score of 26.4% (against an industry norm of 1-2%) And resulted in a 20% lift in Spark’s Brand Strength Score. All leading to some of the best sales results in Spark’s 30-year history.
