To declare its support for the reconstruction of Miyagi Tokyo Electron decided to make a TV commercial that shows its effort in building production plants, paying taxes and offering employment in a town in Miyagi that was hit by the devastating earthquake. In this commercial, a girl, whose father was transferred to Miyagi factory which has just started its operation, starts her new elementary school life with a local boy who symbolizes Miyagi.
