'Right to Play' was promoted as a universal theme for UNICEF in 2013. In Hong Kong, this was taken and adapted to make relevant to Hong Kong parents. Children in Hong Kong are often denied the right to play due to an over-obsession with education. The campaign from Kymechow, Hong Kong was designed to educate Hong Kong parents about the need and benefits of free play for their children's development.
