Cristal Awards 2008

Historically taking place in Meribel, the Cristal Festival (formerly
Meribel Ad Festival) moves to Crans Montana, in the Swiss Alps, in
2009. In this new ski resort, the festival organization will propose
an upgraded and more efficient service to the delegates (easier
access, easier circulation inside the town, world-class conference
center, leisure activities,...).
More networking, more creativity, more business in an exclusive and
convivial scenery: the Cristal Festival is more than ever the place
where one can have a deep "breath of fresh air"!
Since its creation in 2001, the Cristal Festival unites the
professionals of the advertising world: the main agencies,
advertisers, producers, directors, Media, survey companies,
journalists, TV producers ... in a series of rich and convivial
exchanges.
Since 2004 the Festival has opened up to Europe with an increasing
number of participants and visitors. More than 1000 delegates attended
the 2008 edition with a large number of clients (160). In 8 years, the
Festival has become the event "not-to-be-missed" for the communication
world at the end of the year.

The ambition of the Festival is to promote European advertising
creativity, to display an exhaustive panorama by means of a
far-reaching creative competition.

The competitions in December close the creative year and announce the
broad tendencies of the coming international prizes. The « Cristal »
awards reward the year's best creations for the different media, and
are judged by mixed international juries made up of agencies and
clients.

The Festival gives a critical place to exchanges and networking during
the Cristal-Lab. This is the moment to get a good overview of the
latest trends and developments in the industry, and is a meeting place
for the biggest European and international specialists through
prestigious debates, Magister Conferences and workshops.

The Festival is also an ideal place for business and creative
exchanges at a competitive cost: the Cristal Business Club, Seminars,
our commercial offers ...
Throughout the year, the partners share their knowledge and experience
with the organization of the Festival.
